Our Stretch and Strengthen Group Training Class addresses the entire body and its fundamental movement patterns, which creates the foundation for real-life strength and fitness potential. Whether you seek general health, have joint pain, or want to improve athletic ability or posture, developing a sound foundation of movement is essential for your success. Your trainer and movement specialist Devin Nogaki has 25 years of experience in training and coaching. He has a unique ability to watch your movement and assess your needs. Having overcome several serious injuries and health challenges, Devin has the personal and professional experience you're looking for to light your path towards achieving vitality. This 2-hour class provides personal instruction and group support. Exercises and instruction are available online so you can practice and improve from the comfort of your home, or at the gym to supplement your regular fitness regimen.
